About Hipobuy and why this weigh-in guide exists
Who runs the agent, what its terms say about authenticity, when another agent fits better, and how this site is made.
What Hipobuy is
Hipobuy is a China shopping agent: you paste a link from Taobao, 1688, Weidian or a similar shop, Hipobuy places the order for you, takes delivery at its warehouse, inspects the goods and posts them abroad. It also forwards parcels you bought yourself. Hipobuy's About Us page says the business was established in 2019 and in 2024 was upgraded to create the Hipobuy global purchasing agency platform; those dates are Hipobuy's own account.
The site runs in eight languages. Its slogan is "Speed, Style, Service". Its warehouse appears in Shenzhen, Guangdong, in a forwarding tutorial screenshot dated August 2025. An iOS app is published by a separate company, Southern Times International Trade Limited.
Two parts of the service matter for this site. The public estimator at hipobuy.com/estimation shows every line for a destination, its delivery window and its price at a given weight, without logging in. And the warehouse records an inbound weight and size for every item you buy, which is where every parcel estimate begins. Both are described in detail on the weight steps and estimate drift pages.
The companies named in Hipobuy's footer
On 16 October 2026 Hipobuy's footer and Contact Us page listed five joint operators. Two are Hong Kong companies: Hong Kong Jointown Trading Co., Limited and Hong Kong Chivas Trading Co., Limited. The other three sit in three different jurisdictions: EVERLINE TRADING CO., LIMITED (United Kingdom), VISTULA TECH SP. Z O.O. (Poland) and Yeapp Limited (British Virgin Islands).
Different Hipobuy documents name different governing law and courts; the Service Terms linked from the footer point to Hong Kong law, and several other documents point to courts on the Chinese mainland. This site does not give a legal opinion on which applies.
Why Hipobuy, and the parcels it suits least
Begin with the common ground: every agent buys from Chinese shops, stores, checks and ships. Hipobuy does all of that with no service fee, 90 days of free storage and an estimator that shows every line before you log in.
What is genuinely different is the subject of this site. Hipobuy sells a fixed-price trial packing and writes down a settlement rule with a one-step threshold, which together let you put a price on knowing your parcel's weight. Few agents publish either.
And when should you choose another agent? When Hipobuy's estimator refuses your item type on every line you would use, when you need a destination it serves poorly, or when you want a published policy on something Hipobuy leaves open, such as whether the rehearsal fee is refundable.
The same honesty applies to the rehearsal itself. If you always ship light parcels of clothing on 100 g lines, the feature this site is built around will rarely be worth buying, and that is no reason to avoid Hipobuy. It is simply one tool that matters to some parcels and not to others.
Hipobuy's own anti-counterfeiting terms
In Hipobuy's Service Terms (Service Terms), section 8 carries the title "HIPOBUY Anti-Counterfeiting Policy". It opens: "Products for sale through hipobuy.com must be authentic." It goes on to prohibit non-authentic products and spells out what can happen: purchasing rights withdrawn, money held back, and goods in Hipobuy's warehouse disposed of.
A separate document, the Search Terms, says Hipobuy does not verify whether products are genuine or judge their quality, which leaves that check with you. This site follows those terms: it links to product categories, not to look-alikes, and it does not rank or rate listings.
Why this site, and what it does differently
Hipobuy Spreadsheet Weigh-In is an independent partner site. It earns a commission when you register on Hipobuy through its links; that does not change any figure on these pages, and the site carries no rankings, ratings or paid placements.
What it does differently is narrow: it takes one Hipobuy decision, the Rehearsal Parcel, and works it through with Hipobuy's own rules and the estimator's own prices. The method is on the card. Every official page is linked with the date it was read; the line figures come from 36 saved estimator queries; the tool and the worked cases run on the same arithmetic.
